Eric is an international investor and business builder with over 20 years of global private equity, executive managerial, board & entrepreneurial experience. Eric is Founder & Managing of Global Capital Advisors, a Munich-based investment advisory firm focusing on strategy, M&A, restructuring, innovation and advanced product development. Currently, Eric also serves as Co-Founder & Chairman of the Advisory Board of V-Nova International Ltd., a UK-based firm focusing on advanced video compression and a non-executive director of FastFilmz Ltd. (India), a provider of quality low-bandwidth video-on-demand services in India. A former McKinsey director, Eric is also a director of Celdara Medical, a U.S.-based biotech portfolio.

Rolf Habbel has almost 30 years of consulting experience and was a Zurich-based Senior Vice President and Sr. Partner of Booz&Co, formerly Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., the global, New York based management consultancy. He served as the Managing Director of Booz Allen Hamilton Europe, as Managing Director of Germany/Switzerland/Austria (GSA) and as member of the Global Supervisory Board.

Rolf Habbel is currently Chairman and CEO of Value Catalysts AG, Zug, Switzerland, a privately owned investment and consulting company; furthermore he holds supervisory board positions with HEDOGA AG(Chairman), Bühler, Switzerland, Vocatus AG (Chairman), Munich, Germany, Reconvilier AG (Chairman), Zug, Switzerland, Bernd Remmers Consultants AG, Zug, Switzerland and is member of the advisory board of ORS GROUP.

Ekkehard Franzke is partner at A.T. Kearney and has more than 25 years of consulting and private equity experience.

In his position, Ekkehard is charge of strategy and due diligences as well as of digital transformation, in particular for private equity funds. and has advised on more than 100 transactions with a transaction value beyond € 80 bn.
Dr Franzke holds several board seats and graduated in economics with a Ph.D. in econometrics.
